Nairobi-Amboseli-Loisaba-Mara-Arusha–Serengeti-Manyara-Ngorongoro-Arusha

Our combined trip to Kenya and Tanzania encompasses the very best of this intoxicating pair, from the heat-hazed, star-streaked Kenyan savannah, teeming with wildlife, to the highlands of Northern Tanzania, home to the continent’s highest mountain, the planet’s largest intact caldera, vast golden plains, truly enormous skies.

Day 1 Arrive Nairobi

Jambo and welcome to Kenya! You will be met and transferred to your hotel.

Day 2 Amboseli

Check-out and transfer to Wilson Airport Nairobi, gateway to the flying safaris in Kenya. Time to board the Elewana Executive Grand Caravan (maximum 8 VIP seats). Flight to Amboseli National Park. Arrive after a scenic 45 minutes flight. Enjoy your first game drive en-route to the camp, where you will arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive. Your stay at Tortilis Camp is for 2 nights in an en-suite Safari Tent, and is on all-inclusive basis.

Day 3 Amboseli

Rise early to watch the African plains game wake up on a game drive and stop for a bush breakfast. Hot lunch will be served at the lodge. If you feel like stretching your legs and seeing the wilderness from a different perspective this afternoon there is a walking safari. Alternatively you can have another game drive, with both activities culminating in cocktails watching the sunset, before returning to camp for dinner.

Day 4 Amboseli-Loisaba Conservancy

Rise early for a game drive, back in time to the lodge for breakfast. Check out, and transfer back to the Amboseli airstrip. The plane will now take you to the Loisaba Conservancy, located in the region of Mount Kenya. The Loisaba team will welcome you and you will be transferred to the camp, where lunch will be served. You will be offered a massage for pure relaxation, or alternatively go on a game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Camp. Your stay at Loisaba is for 3 nights on all-inclusive basis.

Day 5 Loisaba Conservancy

Your stay includes walking with the Samburu guides, and game drives. The best chance of spotting game is early in the morning or late afternoon, so rise early and head off into the wilderness. After a morning filled with excitement, horse or camelback explorations, return to the camp to relax and to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Enjoy sundowner drinks served overlooking the park, before returning to the lodge in time for dinner under the stars.

Day 6 Loisaba – Masai Mara

Enjoy a game drive en route to the airstrip. Depart for the famous Masai Mara Game Reserve. On arrival, the Sand River Masai Mara Team will welcome you at the Keekorok airstrip. You will be transferred to the camp with a game drive en-route. Dinner and overnight at the Camp. Your stay at Sand River Masai Mara is for 2 nights in a luxurious safari tent, and is on all-inclusive basis (includes all meals, bush activities and drinks – excluding premium drinks).

Day 7 Masai Mara

Early breakfast, followed by a full day of game viewing in the Masai Mara Game Reserve. A picnic hamper lunch will be served out in the wilds. Stop at an authentic Masai Village to interact and learn about the customs and culture of this colorful tribe. Return the camp.
Sand River Masai Mara (B,L,D + House Drinks excluding Premium Drinks)

Day 8 Masai Mara – Serengeti

Take a flight Keekorok airstrip to Kisumu where you will clear the Kenyan immigration and then fly to Musoma to clear the Tanzania immigration and continue to the airstrip closest to your camp. You will stay at either Serengeti Pioneer Camp or Serengeti Migration Camp (depends on the season and availability). Both camps provide exceptional accommodations and are located close to the migratory path of the wildebeest migration. Enjoy full-day game drives with expert guides, bush luncheons and dinners as well as evenings under the stars.

Days 9 & 10 Serengeti

Spend two full days of crisscrossing and exploring the vast Serengeti following the route of the migration. Your expert guides will ensure an immersive experience.

Day 11 Serengeti-Lake Manyara -Ngorongoro

Fly to Lake Manyara airstrip where your guide will meet and take you to enjoy a morning game drive through Lake Manyara National Park. Stop at leisure for a picnic lunch and later proceed to Ngorongoro. Met on arrival and transfer to The Manor at Ngorongoro in time for high-tea. Here, your two night stay will be in a cottage on an all-inclusive basis (includes all meals, drinks (premium drinks excluded), laundry service, transfers, game drives and scheduled activities).

Day 12 Ngorongoro

Depart for a full day of exploration of the Ngorongoro Crater which has it’s own resident wild life. This ancient caldera has been home to multiple species for thousands of years.

Day 13 Ngorongoro - Arusha

After breakfast drive to the airstrip for your flight to Arusha where a representative will meet and transfer you to the Arusha Coffee Lodge where a day room will ne available for use. Depending on your outbound flight details, enjoy the use of a dayroom and then you will be chauffeured to Kilimanjaro Airport.
