Nairobi – Amboseli – Loisaba – Masai Mara

Starting in the dynamic capital city of Nairobi, you will be immediately immersed in the culture of Kenya. Your flight to Amboseli National Park will give you spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro- the highest peak in Africa. Your trip will continue on to Loisaba Conservancy in the Mount Kenya region, and end on a high at the infamous Masai Mara’s endless plains amid a million wildebeest. You will leave seduced and wanting more!

Day 1 Arrive Nairobi

Jambo and welcome to Kenya! You will be met and transferred to your hotel.

Day 2 Amboseli

Check-out and transfer to Wilson Airport Nairobi, gateway to the flying safaris in Kenya. Time to board the Elewana Executive Grand Caravan. Flight to Amboseli National Park. Arrive after a scenic 45 minutes flight. Enjoy your first game drive en-route to the camp, where you will arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive. Your stay at Tortilis Camp is for 2 nights in an en-suite Safari Tent, and is on all-inclusive basis.

Day 3 Amboseli

Rise early to watch the African plains game wake up on a game drive and stop for a bush breakfast. Hot lunch will be served at the lodge. If you feel like stretching your legs and seeing the wilderness from a different perspective this afternoon there is a walking safari. Alternatively you can have another game drive, with both activities culminating in cocktails watching the sunset, before returning to camp for dinner.

Day 4 Amboseli-Loisaba Conservancy

Rise early for a game drive, back in time to the lodge for breakfast. Check out, and transfer back to the Amboseli airstrip. The plane will now take you to the Loisaba Conservancy, located in the region of Mount Kenya. The Loisaba team will welcome you and you will be transferred to the camp, where lunch will be served. You will be offered a massage for pure relaxation, or alternatively go on a game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Camp. Your stay at Loisaba is for 3 nights on all-inclusive basis.

Day 5 & 6 Loisaba Conservancy

Your stay for the next two days includes walking with the Samburu guides, a visit to the anti-poaching sniffer dog team and game drives. The best chance of spotting game is early in the morning or late afternoon, so rise early and head off into the wilderness. After a morning filled with excitement, horse or camel back explorations, return to the camp to relax and to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Enjoy sundowner drinks served overlooking the park, before returning to the lodge in time for dinner under the stars.

Day 7 Loisaba – Masai Mara

Enjoy a game drive en route to the airstrip. Depart for the famous Masai Mara Game Reserve. On arrival, the Sand River Masai Mara Team will welcome you at the Keekorok airstrip. You will be transferred to the camp with a game drive en-route. Dinner and overnight at the Camp. Your stay at Sand River Masai Mara is for 3 nights in a Luxurious Safari Tent, and is on all-inclusive basis (includes all meals, bush activities and drinks – excluding premium drinks).

Days 8 & 9 Masai Mara

Early breakfast, followed by a full day of game viewing in the Masai Mara Game Reserve. A picnic hamper lunch will be served out in the wilds. Stop at an authentic Masai Village to interact and learn about the customs and culture of this colorful tribe Back to the Camp for a Farewell Dinner.
Sand River Masai Mara (B,L,D + House Drinks excluding Premium Drinks)

Day 10 Masai Mara – Nairobi – Depart

Bush breakfast followed by game drive, back to Camp for lunch. Mid afternoon, you will be transferred back to the Keekorok airstrip for your flight to Wilson Airport Nairobi. An Immersion Journeys Representative will welcome you upon arrival. You will be chauffeured to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight. A day room will be booked if you have a late night departure.
